Are you short of a proper FTP client? In this case, FileZilla is the right choice. It's free, and it can do things otherwise only commercial FTP clients do.
FileZilla is free open-source software distributed under the terms of the GNU General Public License free of charge. Basically, this means that everyone, including corporate entities, can use FileZilla, including but not limited to private, educational and commercial use. You can download the software from its project page.
