Most CD/DVD burners come with at least one CD/DVD burning solution like Nero or Roxio (or others). Those programs are usually massively bloated and slow. Most of their functionality is never discovered by standard users but several gigabytes of hard drive space are wasted after installation. Roxio, for example, has one of the slowest user interfaces I've ever seen in Windows applications, and Nero takes forever when files are added to the project. Christian Kindahl has created a beautiful little CD/DVD burning solution which is quite comparable to Nero Express. InfraRecorder is a very convenient and fast tool for Windows.
