I would like to upload a picture too but I cannnot find where.

I can see this function when I type this reply. It is under the text field where I am typing. "Select image file to attach". The image size may be limited. Try to upload an image with few KB.

Click on "My Profile" up the forum window, move the mouse over "edit" and choose "new image". The image has to be 200/200 or less I think.
