I've just installed a new messaging system for private messages (PMS). It can't import messages from the system we've been using since the start of Dateiliste, but it does have the benefit that it's supported by the forum software.

The new one can be accessed from the main menu (Your Messages). The old one is still underneath the Login/Logout button. Neither system provides the messages sent/stored/received of the other one. I hope this doesn't make it too complicated at the moment to find your messages.

After some testing (maybe a week or two, or longer) I would like to remove the old PMS if there are no objections. Or the new one, if it doesn't work or if it screws things up.

I think the "testing period" took a bit more than a week now.

We've removed the old messaging system (PMS).

No messages from the old system have been importet yet, because it somehow didn't work.

Does that mean that the only message I had has been lost?
