KILLSU2 has turned the city of Seoul (Descent 3: Retribution - level 4 - PTMC Headquarter) into an anarchy version. According to the level's MS Word document that comes with it, it "should be good with 6 to 8 players" and supports anarchy, hyper-anarchy, team-anarchy, and hoard.

The version you can download from here contains working download links so that other players who don't have the level can automatically receive it when joining hosted games. It also has the Word document that comes with the level renamed that it fits the mission's name.
